The problem
Every week the team received a raw Excel export. Before it could be used for data entry and mandatory reporting, someone cleaned it up by hand. It took about 2 hours of boring, error-prone work.

An Excel macro. The raw export goes in, and a clean, correctly formatted file comes out, ready for entry and reporting.
Any outliers are automatically identified to process accordingly.
Next step scoped: Automate the collection as well, so a person only touches the report when something needs checking.
